"I worked with Roger for four
summers.  We focused on
speed, conditioning, agility,
strength and plyometrics.  
The workouts were very
challenging, but enjoyable at
the same time.  He pushed me
to my limits constantly.  His
methods of training definitely
helped me play basketball at
the Division 1 level.  As a
point guard, I was in great
shape and felt faster than any
other player on any team we
played.  I gained more
confidence and my level of
play increased as well as my
